![]() I'm not sure if this is better than the other way, but it works for me. Usually I leave the quicktime dialog set to native dimensions and the Avid dialog to 4x3 or whatever I require. Of course the actual pixel size of the image is still 720x576(PAL) or whatever it is in NTSC (720x480?). ![]() ![]() And if you play full-screen in QT then those settings (or at least one of them) will get ignored. So if you set the aspect to 4x3 in the quicktime export dialog, and then again to 4x3 in the Avid export dialog, the stretch to 4x3 is applied twice, which is why you get an extra wide quicktime. One of the things about export settings is that there are two places you can set the size, and they both seem to affect the image independently. ![]()
